Like carbon copy paper from old ...but NO mess.
I was wanting to transfer some tropical looking flowers I found online to a skateboard and this graphite paper is great for transferring an image to something else.
I set the graphite paper down on the skateboard, placed the image on top of that and used some painters tape I had laying around to secure both in one spot. I actually bought a pacage of tracing stylus' at local crafts store, and traced the image. Pulled the paper up and presto the image is transferred and looks like you drew it on with a pencil. I then traced over this graphite with a Sharpie and erased the graphite I didn't want because of overlay or stuff that wasn't lined up with my sharpie lines.
Works great for transferring images that you might not be skilled at reproducing with your eye and just drawing. When I was a kid I would use tracing paper, then cover the back in pencil and then draw over that onto anther sheet. This cuts down the time and I had NO mess from the graphite paper at all. Great stuff...came with two sheets inside and you can use it over and over. This is not a one time use item. It is very THIN, so just be careful with it and you should be able to use multiple times.
