Maize Vibro Separator - Pingle Group

A maize vibro separator is a machine used in agricultural processing to separate maize kernels from impurities such as dust, husks, and broken kernels. It typically consists of a vibrating sieve or screen that separates the maize kernels based on size and weight.

Here's how it works:

Feeding:

Maize grains mixed with impurities are fed into the vibro separator hopper.

Vibration: The machine uses vibration to agitate the mixture of maize grains and impurities. The vibration causes the lighter impurities such as dust and husks to rise to the top, while the heavier maize kernels settle at the bottom.

Sieving:

As the mixture moves across the vibrating sieve or screen, the maize kernels pass through the openings in the sieve, while the impurities are separated and discarded.

Collection:

Cleaned maize kernels are collected from the bottom of the separator, ready for further processing or packaging.

Some vibro separators may feature adjustable settings to control the intensity of vibration and the size of sieve openings, allowing for customization based on the specific requirements of the maize being processed.

Overall, the maize vibro separator helps improve the quality and purity of maize kernels by efficiently removing impurities, resulting in a higher-quality end product for use in food production or other applications.

This separator separates, extracts powder and removes lumps of contaminants and bulky materials contained in raw grain, products, etc. It is power-efficient, but has a large processing capacity. The sieve frame has a block construction making it easy to attach and remove, and it does not require a lot of space to take out. Cleaning is easy, too.

This separator has an outstanding ability to separate and remove contaminants, large pieces of waste, sand, fine kernels, etc., from wheat, maize, milo, barley, rice and other raw grains. It is being used extensively. In case better separation work is required, it can be used in combination with the CF Aspirator. It is being used extensively in the field of foods, including flour milling, beer, brewing, corn grits and starch.

To make it possible to separate the optimum condition of the selection, this machine is divided the driving part (vibrating motor) and the sieve box, and prepared the several variations (gravity separate, vibration sieve, or both). So this machine is able to provide the multi-ways selections.

This machine relies on the blowing of air to remove light contaminants and fine powder from grains and graded milled grain. Raw materials are fed to the wind sorter through a vibratory chute. Inside the wind separator, light contaminants and fine powder are picked up by blowing air onto them, while the heavier raw material falls to the bottom, and is discharged from below.

This machine separates foreign matter such as small stones and metal pieces which are mixed in various materials like wheat, oilseed and beans on a vibrating sieve assisted by the blowing of air utilizing the difference in specific gravity.

This machine removes dust and bacterial spores adhering to husks of grain wheat; also efective in removing sand, bacteria and noxious insects, etc. This is a machine considered indispensable for high efficiency mainly sorting of wheat and rye.

Metal contaminants in raw materials are separated and removed using a triple magnet system. Upon preventing the metal pieces from entering the raw material, they are discharged out of the system.

This is a gravity separator that uses the difference between the specific gravity and air resistance of grains to realize extremely high-precision separation. It is used to separate wheat, barley, rice and other types of grains.
