I purchased several tools including the grinder, the advantage grinder, and a flex tool. Unfortunately, I don't have a 60-volt battery yet. The grinder is superior to the one Lowe's offers, and I also acquired the battery starter kit. However, FedEx claimed to have delivered my grinder, which was nowhere to be found. I checked around the entire property and ended up filing a claim with FedEx on Tuesday. Since then, I haven't received any updates.

I'm hesitant to place any more orders. Unlike FedEx, UPS always delivers my packages correctly. I wish Home Depot would switch to UPS. Has anyone else successfully filed a claim with FedEx?
