Woven Strapping

Woven strapping is also a suitable alternative to steel strapping.  It is made from polyester fibers that are woven together.  This woven pattern is multi-directional, increasing its strength and flexibility while still allowing for high amounts of tension when securing loads.  This type of strapping is used with wire buckles and works well for round loads such as pipes.  Woven strapping can be applied with manual, battery, or pneumatic tools.

Composite Strapping

Composite strapping is another alternative to steel strapping that is widely used in many industries.  It is made from woven polyester strands that are coated with a polymer.  Composite strapping is a strong and reliable alternative is safe, able to be re-tensioned, and has a high retained tension.  It uses buckles to secure loads during transportation.  You can use manual, battery, or pneumatic powered tools for composite strapping.
